A Call to the Heart Center
Why America Doesn’t Need Another Party—It Needs a Pulse
“Out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks.”
—Jesus (Luke 6:45)
For decades, we’ve treated politics like a tennis match: red to blue, blue to red, back and forth until we’re dizzy. I’ve lived through the swings—not just on the news, but in my own nervous system. I was diagnosed bipolar in 2002, and let me tell you: the highs and lows aren’t just exhausting. They’re unsustainable.
And that’s exactly what our country feels like right now.
A nation on a manic bender… followed by a soul-crushing crash.
We don’t need another party. We need emotional sobriety.
We need to stop gaslighting ourselves and each other.
We need truth. We need balance.
We need a damn pulse.
Not Another Savior Party
Yes, people are hungry for change. For something new. For an “America Party” or a “Unity Ticket” or a candidate who doesn’t make your stomach turn. I get it. I’ve written myself in on a ballot before—half-joking, half-dead-serious.
But here's the truth I’ve come to face:
Unless we fix the heart of the people, no party—left, right, or magical third—can fix what’s broken.
Because the real infection isn’t procedural.
It’s spiritual.
Ego, greed, vanity—they don’t care what color your campaign signs are. They’ll find a way in.
Unless we root this next chapter in truth, humility, and service, it’ll be the same circus with different clowns.
What if the Shift Has Already Begun?
What if the next movement isn’t televised or trending?
What if it’s already here—quietly unfolding in unexpected places?
A mom finally choosing healing over blame.
A school board member standing up for integrity.
A leader saying “I was wrong” without a PR team spinning it.
A generation that’s tired of the drama and ready for wisdom.
This isn’t about blowing it all up. It’s about remembering who we are.
The revolution already started. We just forgot we were in it.
Bipolar Nation, Middle Way
I know what it’s like to swing wildly and lose your center.
But I also know how powerful it is to reclaim it.
Healing doesn’t come from picking a side.
It comes from telling the truth.
And truth—real truth—doesn’t scream. It hums. It pulses.
It anchors.
It loves.
Let the Heart Lead
If we want public servants, we need to be a public worth serving.
If we want balance, we have to stop rewarding chaos.
If we want justice, we must model integrity in private, not just demand it in public.
This is not left vs. right.
This is heart vs. ego.
And the heart, when centered and clear, is undefeated.
Final Thought
Maybe it’s time we Make America Grateful Again.
Not bitter. Not bored. Not burned out.
But wise. Awake. And ready to rebuild from the inside out.
Let the egos burn out.
Let the noise collapse under its own weight.
The real leaders?
They’re already here.
They just don’t look like what we’ve been trained to expect.
Welcome to the Middle Way.
Where the revolution has a heartbeat.
And the next movement is led by love—not lunacy.
