Steward of the Middle Way Movement

Puerto Rican–Austrian American. Born in Germany and raised in a military family, I’ve spent my life observing how leadership, systems, and human behavior shape the world we share.

My professional background spans more than three decades in commercial banking, real estate, and corporate leadership. Along the way, personal experiences with mental health challenges deepened my understanding of emotional intelligence, resilience, and the human cost of broken systems.

These experiences led me to develop and steward the Middle Way Movement—a framework rooted in discernment, self-governance, servant leadership, and gratitude.

What Guides My Work

Emotional intelligence outlasts ego.
Government exists to serve, not self-preserve.
Truth-telling is a sacred act.
Healing is leadership.
Peace is power.

The Middle Way Movement

The Middle Way Movement is not a political party or ideology. It is a call to balance in a world increasingly pulled toward extremes.

It invites individuals, families, institutions, and leaders to practice:

• Discernment over reaction
• Responsibility over blame
• Service over spectacle
• Gratitude as the foundation of peace

This work draws on ancient wisdom traditions, lived experience inside modern systems, and the belief that lasting change begins with self-governance.
